Sporting Factions is the website of UK-based sports-writer, Ian Bridge.
It has been created by importing and splitting postings from my original blog ’sportSOFA’. As a result the site is now in two parts; one dedicated to the American sport-scene and one to rugby league. But watch out for more SportingFACTIONS sites in future.
The content is mostly written on my daily commute into, or home from, Liverpool; which explains some if not all of the mis-spellings and mis-rememberings. If you spot any then please feel free to email the author.
